Do I need a referral?

No — unless you have Blue Care Network insurance, in which case you’ll need one from your PCP. We’ll help coordinate that. Some plans do require Prior Authorization, such as UHC. To check, please call your insurance company directly for the fastest response.

Will it hurt?

Adjustments are gentle, not violent. Most people feel improved mobility and relief afterward, and some notice mild, short-lived soreness as their body adjusts — similar to how you might feel after starting a new stretch or workout routine.

Can my kids come too?
